We have Petersime and natureform machines, equipment designed to incubate quail eggs, we developed a packing machine for quail eggs, which integrates the processes of packing solids and liquids, allowing us to take out 12 bags per minute of canned quail eggs by 24 units.

In the salting area, we have facilities to produce 20,000 female quails per week and manufacture 160,000 quail eggs in an eight-hour shift. Each of the micro-franchises we have installed has sheds for 1500 birds, bringing the quail egg to the most remote areas of the country and contributing to the improvement of the quality of vulnerable families in these territories.
